Gorani’s Scout Overlook is a Legendary key in MW4 DMZ. It opens Lieutenant Gorani’s loot room at the very top of the Rice Mill in Imjin Farmland, grid D8, and that room holds a Lieutenant crate, two weapons lockers, a rifle case and a row of military lockers, equipment cases and ammo boxes. Below is where the door is, how to climb up to it and what we found inside.
- The door is at the top of the Rice Mill in Imjin Farmland (D8), a grey steel door with a red Korean hazard sign.
- Gorani drops the key. Ours was in his loot backpack after we killed him at Mujin Pass.
- Go into the mill on the north side or through the green door at the top of the outside stairs, then climb over the pipe, up the broken staircase and along the conveyor.
- The Lieutenant crate is the prize. Ours held a Legendary Incisor marksman rifle worth $6,900.
- The key is single use, so loot the whole room before you leave.
Where the Gorani’s Scout Overlook Door Is
The overlook is at the very top of the main Rice Mill building in Imjin Farmland, grid D8. The door is grey steel with a red Korean hazard sign on the wall next to it, and it is the last door at the top of the climb through the mill. How to Get the Gorani’s Scout Overlook Key
Lieutenant Gorani drops the key. Ours was in his loot backpack after we killed him at Mujin Pass, during the Paid Intel: Kill Gorani side op. The Route Up to the Overlook
- Go into the main Rice Mill building. You can enter on the ground floor from the north side, or take the outside stairs and use the green door at the top, which is the way we went.
- Inside, keep climbing. Go over the pipe, up the broken staircase and along the conveyor.
- Take the last steel staircase to the top. The overlook door is right there.

What Is Inside Gorani’s Scout Overlook
The overlook is a long room with sandbags in front of the windows, and it has more containers than most locked rooms on Hajin. There is a Lieutenant crate, two weapons lockers, a rifle case, five military lockers, two equipment cases and two ammo boxes.

From one opening in our own run. Loot is random, so your room can roll differently, and we add every new run of this key. Values are per item, from the in-game tooltips. The carried out value is the change in the loadout value the game shows while you loot.
The Lieutenant crate is the one that matters. Ours held a Legendary Incisor marksman rifle worth $6,900, and everything we took from the room added about $25,600 to our loadout.

Is the Gorani’s Scout Overlook Key Worth It?
Yes. Thirteen containers is a lot for one locked room, and the Lieutenant crate can hold Legendary weapons like the Incisor we pulled. The climb from the outside stairs to the door takes about half a minute, so you are in and out of the room quickly. Bring a large backpack, because there is more in here than a small one can carry.
