Re-Education Center Annex is an Epic key in MW4 DMZ. It opens a storeroom on the ground floor of the Re-Education Center, the largest building in Deadtown, grid B7, full of weapons lockers, ammo crates and supply boxes. Below is where the door is, how to get there and what we found inside.

TL;DR
  • The door is on the ground floor of the Re-Education Center in Deadtown (B7), a plain wooden door in the tan corridor off the lobby.
  • It was a Medium threat area in our run, and the door is a short walk from the main entrance.
  • 8 containers with two weapons lockers, with an Epic Finn LMG and an Epic Medium Scavenger Backpack as our best finds.
  • We left the room with about $15,000 more in our loadout than when we walked in.
Through the main entrance and the tan corridor to the annex door, sped up.

Where the Re-Education Center Annex Door Is

The Re-Education Center Annex is on the ground floor of the Re-Education Center in Deadtown, grid B7. Behind the main entrance with the sandbags is a lobby with an emblem on the floor, and a tan corridor runs off it to the left. The annex is the plain wooden door in that corridor, just past the No Public Access sign. It was a Medium threat area in our run. You can also find the door under the keys layer on our interactive MW4 DMZ map.

How to Get the Re-Education Center Annex Key

The Re-Education Center Annex key is field loot, so it can drop from ordinary containers on Hajin. We had ours in our stash. Every other key and the door it opens is in our MW4 DMZ keys guide.

The Route to the Door

  1. Go in through the main entrance of the Re-Education Center, the double doors between the sandbags.
  2. Cross the lobby and take the tan corridor on the left.
  3. Walk past the No Public Access sign. The plain wooden door on that stretch of corridor is the annex.

What Is Inside the Re-Education Center Annex

The annex is a storeroom that runs through into a small office, with metal shelving, stacks of ammo crates, flags on the wall and green weapons lockers. We opened 8 containers in it. There are two weapons lockers, two ammo boxes, two armor boxes, a rifle case and a military bag.

Plus 1 item we could not identify.

From one opening in our own run. Loot is random, so your room can roll differently, and we add every new run of this key. Values are per item, from the in-game tooltips. The carried out value is the change in the loadout value the game shows while you loot.

The two weapons lockers are the reason to come here. The first held an Epic Finn LMG and a Rare 2-Plate Armor Vest, and the second an Epic Medium Scavenger Backpack, an Uncommon Signal 50, Infantry Invasion Plans and a Smoke Wall. The rifle case gave an Encrypted Archive, and the ammo and armor boxes keep you stocked with plates and Pistol/SMG ammo. Biomaterials and Nitro Compounds lay on the shelves.

Is the Re-Education Center Annex Key Worth It?

Yes, it is a good room. It is easy to reach and the two weapons lockers give you a good shot at an Epic weapon or backpack. Watch out for other players in Deadtown though, especially when a UAV is up over the area, because then looting this room gets dangerous. Open it when Deadtown is quiet.
