Blackmarket Weapons Locker is a Rare key in MW4 DMZ. It opens one of the two weapons lockers in the basement back room of a Blackmarket, and there are two Blackmarkets on Hajin, in south Deadtown and in Hanrim Village. Below is where the lockers are, how to get there and what we found in the south Deadtown one.
- Two Blackmarkets, in south Deadtown (B7) and in Hanrim Village (C2), each with two weapons lockers in the basement back room.
- Go in through the gated front, down to the basement and through the corridors to the back room.
- One key opens one locker and is used up. South Deadtown was Low threat in our run.
- Our locker held two Epic weapons, a VEL 46 and a Cronen Squall, plus a 2-Plate Armor Vest.
Where the Blackmarket Weapons Lockers Are
There are two Blackmarkets on Hajin. One is in south Deadtown, grid B7, behind a gated front with a red electronics sign on the roof. The other is in Hanrim Village, the northernmost suburb, grid C2. In both, the weapons lockers stand in the basement back room, two green lockers next to each other. South Deadtown was a Low threat area in our run. How to Get the Blackmarket Weapons Locker Key
The Blackmarket Weapons Locker key comes out of the Recon Equipment Kit, a Survival Kit, and it also turns up in industrial lockers, duffels and jackets. Ours came from the North Korean Wilderness, the casino and Compound Charlie. The Recon Equipment Kit is also tier 18 of the Season 1 Battle Pass. The Route to the Lockers
- Go in through the gated front of the Blackmarket in south Deadtown.
- Take the way down to the basement and follow the dark corridors past the storage room with fridges and crates.
- At the end is the back room with workbenches and two green weapons lockers. Walk up to one with the key to unlock it.

From one opening in our own run. Loot is random, so your room can roll differently, and we add every new run of this key. Values are per item, from the in-game tooltips. The loot value adds up every item with a known value and the cash, so it is a lower bound: crafting resources and items without a value are not in it.
Both weapons were Epic, a VEL 46 SMG and a Cronen Squall assault rifle worth $3,600, each with attachments. Under them were a 2-Plate Armor Vest, a Control Unit, Rigid Synthetics, a Smoke Grenade and a Stim. An earlier locker in the same back room gave an Epic Kastov 762 and a Rare MP7.

Is the Blackmarket Weapons Locker Key Worth It?
For a Rare key it is fine, especially if you are just starting out or have no good loadout yet. It works a lot like the Gun Store Weapons Locker. You can use it at more than one Blackmarket, the same kind of locker stands there, and if you bring several keys you can open several of the locked lockers. Expect gear and weapons only, not 3D printer ingredients or many resources. Experienced players who already have a good loadout can skip this one.
