Mr Peeks is a Cursed Mode Easter egg in Black Ops 7 Zombies. He spawns randomly on any Cursed map, dances while playing music, and drops an egg full of loot if you shoot him within about 60 seconds. Every map has its own set of spawn spots, and this guide covers how he works plus a link to the exact locations on each one.
Our team has been grinding Cursed Mode since launch, tracking Mr Peeks spawns across every map. This is the hub: the mechanics, the egg rewards, and a jump-off to each map’s full location breakdown. New to the mode? Start with our Cursed Mode guide or our BO7 Endgame guide first.

What Is Mr Peeks?
Mr Peeks is a dancing bunny that only appears in Cursed Mode. He shows up at a fixed spot on the map, plays music, and dances for around 60 seconds. Shoot him during that window and he drops an egg on the ground. Miss him and he leaves with nothing.
He is one of the most rewarding things you can chase in BO7 Zombies, because a single egg can hand you perks, salvage, points, or even wonder weapons depending on your tier. The catch is that his spawns are random and easy to miss if you are not listening for him.
How Mr Peeks Spawns
The spawn rules are the same on every Cursed map. Here is what our team and the wider community have confirmed:
- He only appears on tier 1 or higher, and he can spawn on any round, including round one.
- He can also show up during special rounds, not just standard ones, so keep listening even when a special round hits.
- He has roughly a 10% chance to spawn on any given round.
- He can appear in areas you have not opened yet, so an unbought section is not off limits.
- You get about 60 seconds from the start of the round to reach him and shoot him.
- You find him by sound. If you hear music and there is no radio near you, that is Mr Peeks.
There is no confirmed cap on how many times he appears in a game. Some runs he barely shows, and some runs he keeps coming back, so keep listening deep into a match.

Mr Peeks Egg Rewards by Tier
The egg Mr Peeks drops has three rarities, and your Cursed tier decides which ones are possible. The rewards are identical across every map, with one exception: the gold egg’s second wonder weapon is map exclusive, covered below.
| Egg Rarity | Available From | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Tier 1+ | 3,000 points, raw aetherium crystal, scorestreak, 3 random mystery perks |
| Silver | Tier 2+ | 5,000 salvage, ether tool, raw aetherium crystal, up to 5 mystery perks, monkey bomb, scorestreak |
| Gold | Tier 3 only | Around 25,000 to 30,000 points, flawless aetherium crystal, legendary aether tool, 10 mystery perks, scorestreak, 2 wonder weapons |
Silver eggs are the sweet spot for most players. The mix of salvage, an ether tool, and up to five mystery perks gives you a strong base for the rest of the run, and the monkey bomb can save you in a pinch.

Gold eggs only drop on tier 3, and even then they are rare. The points vary a little each time, so in-game you will often see a number like 25,300 rather than a round figure. You can still pull a bronze on tier 3, so gold is a lucky roll, not a guarantee.
The two wonder weapons from a gold egg are the real prize. One is always the Ray Gun, and the other is that map’s exclusive wonder weapon. So the second gun you get depends entirely on which map you are playing.
| Map | Exclusive Wonder Weapon |
|---|---|
| Paradox Junction | Blundergat |
| Kowakujo | Nekomancer |
| Totenreich | Jötunn Star |
| Astra Malorum | LGM-1 |
| Ashes of the Damned | Necrofluid Gauntlet |
That makes a gold egg the fastest way to get a map’s wonder weapon without building it or rolling the box, which is a big deal on a relic run where you need firepower to reach the later rounds.
Higher tier means better eggs across the board. Tier 3 is the only place gold drops, and even a bronze egg in the early rounds gives you three free perks that snowball the rest of your run.

Tips From Our Team
Listen before you train
At the start of every round, pause for a second and listen before you commit to a training loop. If you hear his music, you know he is out, and you can search with purpose instead of second-guessing whether that was him.
Keep your camera up
A lot of his spots put him above your normal eye level, on rooftops, branches, and ledges. Players sprint right underneath him without looking up. Scan high as you move through a new area.
Grab the early ones
Do not skip a spawn just because you are not on tier 3 yet. Even a bronze egg on an early round gives you free perks that make the whole run smoother. Need a squad to grind Cursed tiers? Use our BO7 LFG system to find teammates.
When you hear music and there is no radio near you, drop what you are doing and search. Sixty seconds feels like plenty until he spawns on the far side of the map.

Mr Peeks spawns randomly during Cursed Mode on tier 1 or higher, with about a 10% chance per round from round one onward. Each map has a fixed set of spawn spots, and he can even appear in areas you have not opened yet. He dances for roughly 60 seconds, so shoot him fast to get his egg.
What are the Mr Peeks egg rewards in Black Ops 7?
Bronze eggs (tier 1+) give 3,000 points, a raw aetherium crystal, a scorestreak, and 3 mystery perks. Silver eggs (tier 2+) give 5,000 salvage, an ether tool, a raw aetherium crystal, up to 5 perks, a monkey bomb, and a scorestreak. Gold eggs (tier 3 only) give around 25,000 to 30,000 points, a flawless aetherium crystal, a legendary aether tool, 10 mystery perks, a scorestreak, and 2 wonder weapons. The point value and the egg tiers are the same on every map, but the gold egg's second wonder weapon is map exclusive.
What wonder weapons do Mr Peeks gold eggs give in BO7?
A gold egg gives two wonder weapons. One is always the Ray Gun, and the other is the map's exclusive wonder weapon: the Blundergat on Paradox Junction, the Nekomancer on Kowakujo, the Jötunn Star on Totenreich, the LGM-1 on Astra Malorum, and the Necrofluid Gauntlet on Ashes of the Damned.
Which BO7 maps have Mr Peeks?
Mr Peeks appears on every Cursed Mode map in Black Ops 7 Zombies: Paradox Junction, Kowakujo, Totenreich, Astra Malorum, and Ashes of the Damned. The spawn locations and the gold egg's exclusive wonder weapon change from map to map, but the mechanic and the egg tiers stay the same.
How many Mr Peeks spawn locations are there?
It varies by map. Paradox Junction has 4 spawn spots split across its two Nuketown timelines, Kowakujo has 5, Astra Malorum and Ashes of the Damned both have 7, and Totenreich has 8, the most of any map. Each map guide below breaks down every location with screenshots.
Can you get a gold egg from Mr Peeks on tier 1?
No. Tier 1 only drops bronze eggs. Tier 2 can drop bronze or silver. Gold eggs are exclusive to tier 3 and stay uncommon even there, so tier 3 is your only shot at gold rather than a guarantee.
How do you find Mr Peeks in Cursed Mode?
Listen for his music at the start of a round. If you hear it and there is no radio nearby, Mr Peeks has spawned somewhere on the map. You have about 60 seconds to reach him and shoot him before he vanishes with his egg.
